    Labor Export

Labor export is the main business of the company. From 1994 to date, the company has officially sent over 30,000 labours and technicians to work in several countries and territories, such as: Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Europe and the Middle East, etc.

    1/ The Japan market
This is a demanding market for workers because of job requirements, the level of Japanese and workmanship. With our experience and professionalism in the recruitment of labours, training and oriental education, the company has met the requirements that our partners proposed, and held on of the highest ranks in the top OTIT enterprises to provide internship in Japan. ESTRALA has sent, on average, 800 interns to Japan every year in the fields of: graphic design, mechanical engineering, electronics, machine building, textile, aquatic products processing, construction, etc.

    2/ The Europe market
    Th
is market has become increasingly more popular with Vietnamese workers due to the better working environment and income. As such, ESTRALA has put an emphasis on developing this market, striking cooperation with partners from various countries, such as Poland, Slovakia, Germany, etc. This is also the fastest growing market for the company, with more than 300 labours supplied annually.

    3/ The Korea market

From the beginning (1994), ESTRALA has boldly explored and brought Vietnamese labours into the Korean market. To date, the company has sent more than 4,000 labourers to South Korea to work in many professions, mainly as off-shore fishing crews.

With the advantage of being a subdivision to the Seaprodex company, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, ESTRALA is well-known in the field of fisheries and aquaculture. Our labours come mainly from the coastal regions of Vietnam, with ample knowledge and experience in the trade.

    4/ The Taiwan market

When Taiwan opened its policy to receive Vietnamese labours, our company took the initiative to work with the first Labor Union for a pilot. After 6 months of the pilot, feedbacks from our labours about the working conditions as well as the income in Taiwan were very positive. From that time to the present, the company has sent, on average, 500 labours anually to work in this market in the fields of: mechanics, apparel, electronics, sewing, family helpers and nursing.

    5/ The Malaysia market

Malaysia has a familiar working environment for Vietnamese labours, so we also chose to develop this market for our business. To date, the company has sent more than 1,200 labours to work in Malaysia.

    6/ The Middle East market

The Middle East comprises the majority of the countries with the largest oil reserves, and one of the areas receiving the biggest number of foreign labours in the world. The members of the Gulf Cooperation Council - GCC (including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and The United Arab Emirates) alone have had tens of millions of workers around the world in all areas, from managers, engineers, workers in the service industry, industrial workers, construction workers, to family helpers.

Now the company has been supplying labours to almost every type of profession in this market.

    7/ Other markets

In addition to the above-mentioned key markets, we are currently exploring and sending labours to some other markets, such as Russia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Singapore and Macao. While the number of labours we sent to these markets are modest, these are potential markets in the future.
